Cancellation

At Happy Woofer, we want to make ordering your dog’s supplements as flexible as possible. We offer standard purchases alongside subscriptions, pre-orders, and "try before you buy" options. This policy outlines how you can manage or cancel these specific types of transactions.

Subscriptions

When choosing a subscription, you opt for recurring deliveries of our supplements based on the frequency and schedule you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment details are securely saved in our encrypted system. You will be automatically billed for each recurring shipment unless you have selected an advance payment plan.

  • Management & Cancellation: Subscriptions roll over automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You maintain full control and can pause, modify, or terminate your subscription at any moment. Access your account dashboard or use the management link provided in your order confirmation emails to make changes.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve upcoming product releases or items that are temporarily out of stock.

  • Payment Terms: Depending on the item, we may process a partial deposit or no immediate charge at checkout. Your payment method is securely stored, and the remaining or full balance will be processed when the product is ready for shipment.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it enters the fulfillment process. Once an order is fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but it remains eligible for our standard return process upon arrival.

Try Before You Buy

For select products, we offer a trial period before final payment is settled.

  • Authorization: Upon checkout, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method to verify your account, but no funds are captured immediately.

  • Decision Window: You will have a specified trial window to evaluate the product. If you decide to return the item within this timeframe, the hold is released. If the trial window expires and no return has been initiated, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase price.
